Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly investigate the claim
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if appropriate
• Notify the content creator/editor of the takedown
• In appropriate cases, terminate accounts of repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Please note that misrepresentation in a DMCA notice can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
