Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on our Site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL preferred)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if appropriate
- Notify the content creator/editor of the takedown
- In appropriate cases, terminate accounts of repeat infringers
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Please note that misrepresentation in a DMCA notice can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
